Bee Happy

Our project Bee Happy emerged in 2015 in Italy.
We are all part of this world and unfortunately it is being endangered. Due to pollution, monoculture and pesticides, the natural habitat of bees is currently being destroyed and with them the pollination of plants.
We need Bees because without bees to spread seeds, many plants – including food crops – would die off.

With Bee Happy we want to do our bit and remind the world to take care of these unique insects, so you get much more than a unique design product.

By upcycling old bee houses we create new designs for furniture.

This process is done with carpenter techniques that, after sanding, revive the wood and colours with natural linseed oil and a bee-wax propolis mix. And the best is: you will always know that “Once this was a Bee house”.
